Terms and Conditions – Non-Refundable Deposits

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all clients of Noor Aesthetics, located at 9 Perryfield Way, NW9 7FL, London, United Kingdom (“we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the payment of non-refundable deposits for beauty and aesthetic services.

1. Booking and Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment with [Your Business Name], a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and is applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

2. Purpose of Deposit
The deposit reserves your appointment time and compensates us for time allocated and potential loss of business due to no-shows or last-minute cancellations. It also helps cover any preparatory costs and materials used in anticipation of your treatment.

3. Non-Refundable Terms
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

> Change of mind
> Scheduling conflicts
> Failure to show up for your appointment
> Ineligibility for treatment after consultation

4. Rescheduling Policy
: Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment once with at least  24 hours’ notice. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the requirement to pay a new deposit for rebooking.

5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If you are more than an hour late to your appointment, we may not be able to perform your service, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will result in a lost deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations made at any time will result in the loss of your deposit. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you may do so, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

7. Refunds for Services Rendered
Once a treatment has been provided, no refunds will be given. We aim to provide excellent results and will work with clients to address any concerns where possible.

8. Agreement
By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand these terms before confirming any booking.
